The Red Mountain Center is a 312-acre multi use development. The commercial & industrial portions of the park provide for an employee friendly corporate environment. Pedestrian amenities serve the employees within the park with services such as daycare, general shopping and restaurant dining, while the park and walking paths tie the project together. The parks are designed to include amenities such as an amphitheater, playgrounds, courts and open space for special events.

The zoning is flexible so while a set amount of appropriate industrial, commercial, and multi family zoning requirements are maintained, the zoning can be moved from one area to another within the  park, depending on needs of the potential developer. While the corridor and the entrance to the park are fixed, the internal uses may vary. The Red Mountain Center offers access to the interstate and is served by all infrastructures.
